Died: The National Hero, "Maqbool Hussain" is no more among Us!

Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa, officers and soldiers attended the funeral prayers and paid respect to Sepoy Hussain who passed away on Tuesday. The deceased will be laid to rest with full military honours at his native village Narian in Azad Kashmir later noting, DG Inter-Services Public Relations Major-General Asif Ghafoor tweeted.

A Ghazi of the 1965 Indo-Pak War, Sepoy Maqbool Hussain was taken prisoner by the Indian Army and spent 40 years in captivity. He was released in 2005 and was a recipient of Sitara-e-Jurat.
